Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience as a semiconductor manufacturing or test operation engineer.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams for technical projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Material Engineering.
- 15 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and testing.
- Experience with SoC and Power Management Integrated Circuit productization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent people management and written/verbal communication skills.

As an Outsourced Assembly and Test (OSAT) Operation Engineer for custom silicon, you will be responsible for high volume custom silicon manufacturing from New Product Introduction (NPI) through product ramp, sustaining, and end of life (EOL), Day-to-day factory operation, Manufacturing Execution System (MES), removing production blockers, process improvement, manufacturing performance, quality and excursion management and prevention, value engineering, change control management, new production site qualifications for alternate sourcing and business continuity, High Voltage Module (HVM) capacity readiness, cycle time optimization and more.

Responsibilities
- Manage silicon outsourced assembly and test (OSAT), operation, manufacturing execution system management and production process control.
- Drive cross-functional efforts for Technology and operational readiness during new product introduction (NPI).
- Drive and resolve technical and operational issues of material, process, fixtures and equipment to enable delivery of product and manufacturing process during new product introduction into mass production.
- Run root cause analysis. Lead suppliers to establish and validate process capability and performance metrics (using statistical tools and techniques) for consistently delivering high quality products and for excursion management.
