Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Experience working both individually and collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with outbound prospecting tools (i.e., Salesloft)
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (i.e., Salesforce).
- Knowledge of Google Security products and services.
- Ability to manage entire business process from prospecting through close.
- Excellent communication, presentation, prospecting, and relationship building skills.
About the job
As a Sales Development Manager (SDM), you will help drive new business for Google Security products. As an SDM, you will be responsible for prospecting new customers, building relationships, and qualifying leads. You will also work with the sales team to develop and execute business strategies.

Responsibilities
- Prospect for new customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify leads and develop relationships with potential customers.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team through inbound and outbound prospecting channels.
- Track progress towards business goals and report to management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute business strategies.
