Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development.
- Ability to communicate in English and Polish fluently in order to communicate in this customer-facing sales role.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners.
- Experience dealing with multilevel client sales situations and driving business through relationships.
- Ability to develop existing relationships and business, develop new business models with partners and grow new product business with the partners.
- Excellent strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make long-term impactful changes to meet strategic needs within the market and partner ecosystem.

The Google Marketing Platform (GMP) is an enterprise grade solution for transforming Marketing into a data-driven approach in the early phase of Predictive Marketing.
As Partner Manager, you lead a core role in making that transformation happen together with our partners in the ecosystem that we are building. You are responsible for working closely with the wider Google Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) Sales team, Dublin Account Management teams, central global Go-To-Market (GTM), and global Partner Management teams for selling our Google Marketing Platform, innovative maturity projects or services via our fast growing partner network in Central Eastern Europe.
In this role, your partner portfolio contains Sales and Service Partners that help to navigate our offerings, certify themselves, grow in excellence, and grow business together with Google. You act as a critical leader in managing these complex and dynamic partner relationships.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Cover the complete and growing Google Marketing Platform product and services range as leading enterprise grade Martech solution as a Partner Manager.
- Consult partners and selected advertisers on capabilities needed for this transformation, train and grow the partner excellence in what the platform can do as an enabler and how to best use the Google tech solutions in an integrated way.
- Ensure service quality to partners with the internal and vendor teams. Work on ongoing improvement of account management and establish scalable service best practices.
- Work with vertical sales teams to drive holistic technology use, support your partners and engage internal Google consultants for getting large projects sold and implemented.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and planning with various teams in Google, contribute to product development and and feature prioritization through your input and business rationale.
