Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience developing relationships with customers, and working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions.
- 5 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in strategy consulting or measurement analytics in a media or advertising industry.
- Experience managing cross-functional and cross-regional partnerships.
- Knowledge of advertising solutions and the media landscape, both online and offline, with the ability to identify and prioritize strategic or tactical business opportunities.
- Ability to engage with and influence executive leadership with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

As part of gTech ads Google Customer Solutions (GCS), The Customer Success Acceleration (CSA) team strives to deliver a positive experience and business outcome for GCS customers every time.
CSA is an integral part of Google's critical growth engine for medium and large-sized businesses across the globe. Through the long-term partnership with the Mid-Market Sales (MMS) team, the CSA team is dedicated to understanding customer's business goals and providing the best insights and advertising solutions to drive their business success.
As a CSA Manager, you'll lead a team of Digital Marketing Strategists who work collaboratively with Mid-market Sales teams to drive customer success and grow the business at the EMEA market group or cluster level for our Google Client Solutions (GCS) advertisers. As the strategic advisor to the Account Executive and their PODs, Digital Marketing Strategists lead in developing and executing integrated media solutions, client and market-level insights, and POD strategies.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Digital Marketing Strategists who work collaboratively with leadership and the Mid-Market Sales teams.
- Achieve quarterly goals and growth objectives for multiple segments at the cluster/market level.
- Drive active partnership with Sales leadership to align priorities, address customer needs and achieve business goals.
- Coach the team to support and help advertisers maximize Opportunities, improve performance, and enhance ROI across Lead Generation, E-commerce, and Multi-channel businesses.
- Mobilize and enable the team to problem solve for customer’s lifetime value by fulfilling business/marketing objectives.
