Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in consumer product management role.
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with A/B testing and user research methodologies.
- Experience using data to inform product decisions.
- Understanding of the platform's ecosystem, creators, and viewers.
- Familiarity with creator-focused products or social media platforms.
- Ability to translate user needs and business objectives into detailed product specifications and roadmaps.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data science

We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
YouTube's Emerging Experiences and Community (EMCO) group is seeking a passionate Product Manager to work on Fan Communities designed to redefine fan engagement and deepen the connection between creators and their fans. You'll be joining the Community organization within (EMCO) which is responsible for a diverse product portfolio including Subscriptions, Posts, Stickers, Comments, etc.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Define the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for fan participation features.
- Understand viewer and fan needs, translating insights into compelling product experiences.
- Conceptualize and build intuitive tools leveraging cutting-edge technology including generative artificial intelligence to empower meaningful fan participation and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and research teams to bring the product vision to life.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to measure performance, identify improvement areas, and iterate on the product experience.
