Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory experience, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working as a strategy lead, learning program design, business development lead, or similar roles within the Global Business Organization with global scope.
- Experience as a people manager managing a global team with diverse roles.
- Experience in creating and delivering high-quality learning solutions and client-facing content across Global Partnerships or Sales organizations (e.g., presentation decks, web content, case studies, multimedia-based eLearning, etc.).
- Experience building, managing, or launching external education programs/platforms.
- Experience independently managing large projects with cross-functional executive stakeholders.
- Experience in project management and strong stakeholder management skills.

The Mastery Team develops and delivers product and skills training to Google sales and services teams, as well as external client and agency partners. We use our knowledge of learning best practices and Google’s business priorities to build effective learning experiences for our key audiences. Our team is made up of passionate learning professionals, sales and marketing leaders, and former consultants and analysts who launch and iterate learning programs while balancing key pillars of knowledge, skill, and disciplined practice to help our audiences thrive in a world of increasing complexity.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $221,000-$314,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Form a relationship with Director/VP+ and be accountable for learning strategy which governs the required and optional training for Global Partnerships to ensure Mastery programs are aligned with joint accountability.
- Plan, coordinate and deliver, high-quality learning programs and strategies that are in sync with business priorities and plans.
- Lead, coach, and mentor learning strategists, program managers, and business partners.
- Partner across Mastery strategy as a key consultant and informant on business planning and curriculum roadmap.
- Oversee team operations like budget, expense tracking, pipeline + capacity planning, third-party relationships.
