About the job
As a Product Specialist, you will help to scale measurement product adoption across the APAC region by directly working with Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sellers and customers. You will work with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, influence executive business stakeholders, and work cross-functionally to direct the product activation strategy for GCS business programs.
In this role, you will lead the activation of measurement products for customer goals. You will advocate the needs, opportunities, and gaps that GCS customers experience with our Product teams. You will equip promoters with the right knowledge, resources, market insights, and tools to drive customer success and product adoption growth.
Additionally, you will have an understanding of our product portfolio across all ad products (i.e., Performance, Video, Measurement and Shopping) and drive measurement and attribution products and solutions. You will develop narratives and Go-to-Market solutions around our objectives and key results and drive them. You will simplify and visualize complex concepts to present to executive stakeholders and decision makers. Most importantly, you will influence internal and external stakeholders (i.e., Global Product Leads, gTech, Sales, Vendor Teams, Agencies, etc.) to adopt and support these initiatives through effective communication and influencing skills.
Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with company owners and make a real difference in their businesses by helping them grow. Together, we help shape the future of innovation for customers, partners, and sellers...and we have fun doing it.
Responsibilities
- Partner with GCS Sales teams, Google advertisers and agencies to increase adoption and usage of Google’s first-party data measurement solutions (e.g., Enhanced Conversions (EC), EC for Leads, Customer Match, Conversion Lift, etc.).
- Work with Sales teams based on a quarterly client list via co-pitches and pre-pitch support. Collate information regarding common objections, successful strategies, and product knowledge gaps, and facilitate internal and external product training.
- Develop a deep understanding of our GCS advertisers measurement opportunities and challenges in the privacy first world, in order to create activation strategies to drive current and future measurement products across APAC and help evolve the future strategy and Go-to-Market approach.
- Monitor and report on key drivers/metrics. Work with team leads to ensure effective narratives are developed. Leverage those resources to equip promoters with product knowledge and expertise.
