Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 2 years of experience in taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in driving growth for Software as a service (SaaS) businesses by implementing product-led-growth techniques.
  • Experience in collaborating on projects involving multiple teams, managing an ongoing relationship with clients, and presenting to audiences.
  • Experience in identifying and addressing customer needs.
  • Experience in subscription management or e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience working on products where user acquisition, expansion, conversion, and retention are all influenced primarily by the product itself.
  • Experience working on platforms or horizontals, with effective agreement, communication skills.

We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

As a Product Manager, you will be a part of Google Workspace Commerce team, you will drive business growth by helping customers discover, adopt and embrace workspace. You will have a charter to drive Google Workspace business growth by making it delightful for stakeholders to transact Google Workspace products. You will be responsible for enhancing the commerce platform to accelerate product led growth of Google Workspace business.

Responsibilities

  • Define the product outlook and roadmap, aligning it with the overall business objectives, Prioritize features and functionalities based on user needs and business impact, and align the strategy with key stakeholders across different product areas and geographies.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (e.g., engineering, UX, business, etc.) to define product requirements, user stories, and user flows and ensure a user-centric approach to product development.
  • Monitor key product metrics and gather user feedback to analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement and run experiments to test hypotheses.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the product.
  • Own the product after launch, providing ongoing support, maintenance and continuously gather user feedback and iterate on the product to ensure continued success.
