Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience working with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 5 years of experience managing engineers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing and customizing third-party systems.
- Experience in driving cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
- Ability to inspire and influence diverse teams.
- Excellent business acumen, with the ability to help Google and its partners build a sustainable business.

Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor a talented team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify needs, define technical requirements, and deliver solutions that address legal and regulatory challenges.
- Spearhead the integration of enterprise legal solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity between internal systems and third-party tools.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of internal legal applications, from design and development to deployment and maintenance.
- Lead the development of legal applications, tools, and automation, focusing on reliability, scalability, and user experience. Ability to manage the integration of third-party products, ensuring they are effectively implemented, customized, and kept up-to-date.
