Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory experience or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 4 years of experience in working with executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Certification in Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP).
  • Experience with business enablement with creating/delivering training, building collateral or back-end work with business enablement technology (e.g, Connect Sales, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Experience in people management with developing talent, coaching teams, and building culture.
  • Experience leading in-person or virtual events with delivering in front of internal and external audiences, including executive stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads and Measurement products.
  • Knowledge of the industry's privacy and regulatory related issues.

The Product Go-to-Market team works with multiple partners and stakeholders to create business strategies that motivate advertiser success and Google’s growth. We partner with Global Product Solutions (GPS), Business, Industry Relations (IR), Marketing, and our counterparts around the world to shape our commercialization strategy.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse group of executive Strategy and Operations Leads, including leaders in privacy and regulations, business enablement and industry engagement. You will represent the team in internal and external forums. You will manage material that is changing and evolving.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$261,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage a executive team of Strategy and Operations Leads with diverse roles that sits horizontally across the Measurement, Data, and Privacy Go-to-Market team.
  • Partner with the team (e.g., Marketing, Product and Business) to develop a plan for scaled measurement and privacy events.
  • Help the team develop a cadence and engagement model for industry events and business enablement touchpoints that creates strategy and alleviates administrative overhead.
  • Lead the team to create a strategy to manage customer measurement strategy and segmentation and measurement partner initiatives.
  • Be an expert on regulatory issues (e.g., privacy, children, health, competition, Artificial Intelligence) and technology changes that are affecting the digital ads ecosystem. Lead the team to motivate any major updates across the Americas.
