Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in business, marketing, or business development in the media or advertising industry.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in developing customer relationships to support product adoption.
  • Experience in identifying internal stakeholders to build networks and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers acting as a product Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Ability to translate client business needs into product adoption opportunities.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. In this role, you will be educating and motivating agencies and advertisers that Google has a Ads offering. You will have business acumen and have worked with the media. You will develop and understand stakeholders points of view collaborating with the various roles/functions within advertisers. You will understand business issues for both the agency and their clients, and explore solutions. You will be organized and will have communication/presentation skills and have the ability to work with all areas of the business. You will be developing relationships internally and externally and the ability to move discussions and projects forward.Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the adoption of strategies and roll-out of products solutions to help expand our business with existing customers including building solutions, opportunity sizing, activation.
  • Maintain accountability to business growth and product adoption goals.
  • Collaborate with North America and Global Product teams in order to leverage best practices and execute the local strategy.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Solutions (PCS) teams to drive cross team implementations.
    Connect new products/features with appropriate business teams and customers and ensure customer feedback is incorporated to global teams.
  • Plan and execute all initiatives and programs for maximum impact but low disruption to the business team working with marketing, regional teams, and product management.
