Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or Marketing Automation.
  • Experience with microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, vector databases, cloud architecture.
  • Experience leveraging a wide range of product discovery tools and methodologies like User interviews, Figma wireframes, PRD, Vibe-coding & rapid AI prototyping.
  • Familiarity with Agentic System Architecture and Model Context Protocol (MCP) framework—understanding how to leverage MCP clients and servers.

About the job

In this position, you will collaborate with leading-edge global technology platforms to deploy advertising products across extensive customer bases and cultivate new advertiser segments. You will engage with strategic partners to identify growth opportunities, architect tailored solutions, establish product vision and strategy, deliver engineering oversight, formulate product roadmaps, and set execution timelines. Working in close coordination with business development and partner management organizations, you will evaluate technical requirements and partnership potential while co-designing novel advertising solutions. Furthermore, you will interface across diverse partner technical leadership teams, including executive leadership, product managers, engineering directors, and developers. Through these global partnerships, we scale tailored advertising solutions to millions of small and medium-sized enterprise advertisers. You will sit at the intersection of business, design, and engineering, leading cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions that solve real user pain points and accelerate business growth.

Product development and technology is core to the success of many of these partners. The combination of your strong business acumen and software development skills, detailed knowledge of web technologies and the Ads and Analytics APIs are key to working with engineering and product teams to create custom solutions for our partners.

US: $148000 - $215000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Identify, drive and optimize business growth from new opportunities by leveraging Google Ads technologies.
  • Work closely with our partners across the product development lifecycle; from product ideation and strategy to solution definition, implementation, launch and go to market, and driving the completion of key execution deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional teams with Product, Engineering, Sales and Business Development Managers towards a common goal with specific partners, addressing product related and technical issues.
  • Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.
  • Implement processes for managing, engaging and expanding technology partnerships.
