Position: HolonIQ Graduate Program - Industry Analyst

Location: Mireka Tower, Havelock City, Colombo 5. On site.

Duration: 2 Year Graduate Program. Promotion on Successful Completion

Successful applicants will be invited to join a series of cognitive, workstyle, and language assessments and interviews. Following these sessions, offers will be made for analysts to start as soon as practical.

As an Industry Analyst, you'll embark on a journey of knowledge acquisition, gaining expertise in data analysis, data management, & research. Working hand-in-hand with our Intelligence Team, you'll play a pivotal role in collecting, analyzing, & organizing data for seamless integration into our global market intelligence platform. Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in the global landscape.
• Utilize analytical skills to identify, evaluate relevant research & reports from diverse sources.
• Collaborate with the Data & Industry teams to develop data analysis & reports that provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated on latest developments, research methodologies, and technologies continuously improving skills and knowledge.
• Stay up to date on emerging industry trends & developments.
• Maintain data quality & integrity by adhering to established data governance standards, safeguarding the reliability & accuracy of data assets.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals & mentors, receiving personalized guidance & support throughout the program
• Engage in rotational processes across various Industries, gaining exposure to diverse perspectives & challenges.
