Location: Mireka Tower, Havelock City, Colombo 5. On site.

Duration: 2 Year Graduate Program. Promotion on Successful Completion

Successful applicants will be invited to join a series of cognitive, workstyle, and language assessments and interviews. Following these sessions, offers will be made for analysts to start as soon as practical.

As an Investment Analyst, you'll embark on a journey of knowledge acquisition, gaining expertise in data analysis, data management, & research. Working hand-in-hand with our Intelligence Team, you'll play a pivotal role in collecting, analyzing, & organizing data for seamless integration into our global market intelligence platform. About the role

You will be at the forefront of assessing market trends, analyzing financial data, and creating insightful reports on investment trends within our focus industries. You will collaborate with investment analysts and industry teams to analyze and prepare data for our intelligence platform.

In this role you will:

• Monitor deal activity across target industry verticals and identify investment trends and market dynamics.
• Gain a sound understanding of investment and funding types and analyze financial data and market trends.
• Collaborate with industry teams to develop data analysis and reports that provide actionable insights.
• Take ownership of regularly updating and maintaining deal-tracking dashboards and investor information.
• Stay abreast of financial developments within our focus industries, maintaining a thorough understanding of the evolving impact economy landscape.
• Uphold data quality and integrity by adhering to established data governance standards.
• Collaborate closely with experienced professionals and mentors, benefitting from personalized guidance and support.
