What we're looking for:

InStride is currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic Academic Partner Success Specialist to join our Academic Partnerships team. With guidance from the Sr. Academic Partner Success & Operations Manager, this individual will be responsible for improving operational efficiencies and supporting cross-functional projects internally and across the Academic Partner network. This individual will support our Academic Partners and internal teams through comprehensive data analysis, reporting, and insights. We're looking for an individual who values education, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Skills we’d love to see you show off:

Operational Expertise: Proven ability to proactively manage, document, and audit internal systems and processes and make recommendations for improvement.

Data Analysis: Skilled in extracting insights from data sets, utilizing advanced Excel functions, database management, and data visualization tools.

Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and project management tools such as Asana and Confluence.

Effective Communication: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, able to engage with diverse partners and create reports.

Proactive Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Collaborative Teamwork: Effective in a collaborative team setting with a proactive and adaptable attitude.

Who you are:

  • You bring over 2 years of relevant experience in ed-tech customer success, enrollment management, data analysis, or operations.
  • You’re proficient in developing and managing project timelines, ensuring seamless execution
  • A highly organized person, you are able to successfully manage multiple projects with a strategic mindset and attention to detail
  • With experience extracting data insights, you are able to proficiently review and understand data sets and conduct basic data gathering using online resources. You have a demonstrated proficiency with Excel, database management, data analysis skills including Pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data visualization software.
  • A strong communicator, you have proven success engaging with diverse partners and facilitating joint problem solving
  • You have a commitment to learning and growing professionally, including taking opportunities to implement solutions autonomously
  • You have a track record of identifying and resolving issues, showcasing a proactive approach to problem solving
  • You are a strong writer and verbal communicator
  • A strong project manager, you have demonstrated proficiency in required CRM tools and project management. Experience using Salesforce, Asana, and/or Confluence is a plus!
  • You have a “no job too small” attitude with interest in working on highly collaborative teams who have fun.

How you will create impact:

  • Continuously iterate, improve, and document internal processes to better the AP experience and our partnerships.
  • Serve as a trusted operations consultant to Academic Partner Success Managers, collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive enrollments, insights, and value.
  • Assist in tracking, compiling, and reporting monthly AP network milestones, accomplishments, and blockers.
  • Create and maintain team and academic network documentation including: logos, brand guidelines, academic partner and billings operations, learner support documentation, etc.
  • Handle data requests from AP contacts and success managers, assisting in creating reports and presentations.
  • Support the preparation and analysis of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), NPS Surveys, and ad-hoc reports to provide strategic insights.
  • Provide logistical support for academic partner events including: campus visits, webinars, annual impact summit, etc.
  • Offer ongoing support and assistance to operational tasks including learner support escalation, tech escalations, implementation requests, and data validation.
  • Develop and lead training sessions for AP Success Managers and other team members on new processes, tools, or data systems to ensure smooth adoption and efficient use of resources.
  • Execute and collaborate in a fast-paced, highly iterative environment.
Target base compensation amount for this role outlined below. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts shown below.
$58,000$70,000 USD
