Who You'll Work With

You will be based in Rome or Milan and will typically lead a team of 3 – 5 consultants and will help our clients in the private, public, and social sectors solve some of their most pressing problems. You will work with a range of experts in the firm, from data scientists to researchers to software and app designers.

What You'll Do

You will have the day to day responsibility of a client project while guiding and developing individual team members. 
You’ll work directly with clients and you’ll take ownership of the overall project and products with the purpose to make significant and lasting improvement of clients’ performance. You will steer the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance approaches and develop tailor-made solutions working closely with clients to ensure positive impact and sustainable results.
You will have the opportunity to build on your proven leadership skills and leverage your interest in inspiring others, building strong relationships, and creating a true followership.  In a collaborative team setting, you'll work closely with others but also autonomously with little direction.  Your superior analytical, quantitative and conceptual thinking skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills will ensure successful client projects and team performance.
Client project work typically includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing recommendations for presentation to client management.

  • Post graduate degree with excellent academic record; MBA or PhD is preferred
  • +7 years consulting working experience or  international corporate role, with the stature necessary to interact as thought partner with senior colleagues and clients
  • Flexible team player with a collaborative and inclusive style, able to inspire and develop others
  • Non-hierarchical approach, with the flexibility and ability to build consensus
  • Effective interpersonal communication and influencing skills, in English and Italian, needed to build strong relationships based on trust
  • Good judgement, superb integrity, maturity and fairness in dealing with people and confidential information
  • High level of drive and initiative, willing to go the extra mile
  • Rigorous and solution oriented problem solving and analytical skills, combined with capability of thinking through nuanced and complex situations, ability to navigate ambiguity at ease
  • Intellectual curiosity, strategic thinking and strong project management skills
