Military - Delivery Manager - Orphoz

Lead transformation projects by engaging at a deep level across our clients' businesses, working in teams to build the capabilities, systems and processes needed to deliver top-line and bottom-line results.

Who You'll Work With

You will be based in our Madrid office as part of Orphoz, where our mission is to carry through the most complex transformation projects for our clients. You will join a team of consultants and transformation execution experts.

With its strong growth plans in Spain and Portugal, Orphoz is looking for delivery managers to contribute to its growth and help lead the firm and its clients to the next level of impact.

In Orphoz, we combine the advantages of a start-up (light hierarchy, autonomy, freedom of expression and initiative) and those of a large group (available resources to develop one's projects and logistical support).

What You'll Do

You will design and implement our clients' transformation plans and execute wide transformation programs such as operational improvements, KPIs implementation, process improvement, etc.

In this role, you will coordinate and follow up on PMO tasks. You will spend your time preparing and driving implementation projects and coaching clients. You will also manage project workstreams largely independently and with the support of a project manager. As you gain experience, you will gradually assume responsibility for delivering parts of transformation projects yourself. You will lead less tenured consultants and clients in your project or workstream and successfully hold client meetings and workshops to achieve the project's objectives.

You will also contribute to the development of the firm through participation in internal projects.

Qualifications

Currently serving or a former military, looking for new challenges in dynamic environments
8+ years of military experience demonstrating team management and implementing processes improvements
Excellent communications skills
Experience leading diverse teams in challenging environments
Flexibility and agility that is required in a consulting environment
Fluent and effective communication in Spanish and English (verbally and in writing)
Flexibility to travel
As a plus, a particular functional (e.g. lean management, process optimization and agile management management) or sector expertise
