You will be based in our Madrid or Barcelona office as part of Orphoz, where our mission is to carry through the most complex transformation projects for our clients. What You'll Do

You will lead the design and implementation of our client´s transformation plans.
In this role, you will delegate project workstreams to execute wide transformation programs such as operational improvements, KPIs implementation, process improvement, etc. 
You will manage the workshop and implementation content, lead the implementation process stages as well as lead the project team including consultants and senior clients. You will also coach and motivate your team of consultants and client employees in each project. 
You will support team members on their workstreams and with the support of project managers. As you gain experience, you will gradually assume responsibility for delivering parts of projects. You will also support team members on client workshops to achieve the project's objectives. 
You will contribute to the development of the firm through participation in internal projects and will grow in a stimulating and human environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a strong record of academic achievement
  • 6+ years of experience in project management, preferably in consulting, e.g. in a Project Management Office (PMO) in the context of transformation projects
  • Driven by creating long lasting impact, and enjoy working with people to achieve results
  • Motivation towards the flexibility and agility that is required in a consulting environment
  • Fluent and effective communicating in Spanish and English (verbally and in writing)
  • Flexibility to travel
