Who You'll Work With
You will be based in our Istanbul office. As part of Orphoz, you will be working closely and in partnership with clients' senior management and their specialist departments. We engage at a deep level across our clients’ businesses, working in small teams to build the capabilities, systems, and processes needed to deliver bottom-line results and then ensure those results will be sustained over time. Our work is about delivering lasting outcomes. We plan and deliver change projects together with our clients, helping them capture their full potential. We know what affects the success of large projects and what can ensure lasting implementation success. We work closely and in partnership with our clients' senior management and specialist functions. We combine strategic and operational project management, with strong execution skills and an understanding of the specific demands of each industry. What You'll Do
You will work largely in the private sector and concentrate on business change management.
You will design and implement our clients' transformation plans and execute wide transformation programs such as operational improvements, KPIs implementation, process improvement, etc.
You will spend your time preparing and driving implementation projects and coaching clients. You will also manage project workstreams largely independently and with the support of a delivery manager. As you gain experience, you will gradually assume responsibility for delivering parts of transformation projects yourself. You will lead a subset of a project team. This includes less tenured consultants and clients in your project or workstream and successfully hold client meetings and workshops to achieve the project's objectives. You will also contribute to the development of the firm through participation in internal projects.
In this role, you will manage the delivery and implementation business change programs to ensure that they are delivered fully and consistently across organizations. Backed by a solid foundation in the lean management philosophy, you will systematically apply project management methods in all project phases. You will drive change and execute initiatives successfully, coaching clients across organizations. You will work in a collaborative, empathetic and supportive environment committed to on-going learning & development and fantastic diversity & inclusion and mental health initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with strong records of academic achievement
- 10+ years of experience in project management
- Integration experience and or industry experience (white goods/home appliances industry)
- Experience in M&A
- Action-motivated individual with strong pragmatic problem-solving skills
- Ability to be flexible and agile in a consulting environment
- Exceptional communicator; able to communicate fluently and efficiently (verbally and in writing) in English
- Proficient user of MS Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
