You will be based in Bogota as
part of the S4G team, the Salesforce technology backbone of the Growth,
Marketing & Sales practice within McKinsey.
S4G is a newly acquired company

The Growth, Marketing & Sales
Practice strives to help clients in both consumer and business-to-business
environments on a wide variety of marketing and sales topics.

solutions for our clients.
You will typically work with colleagues from across McKinsey & Company to ensure our clients have the best experience possible. As Salesforce developer, you will design solutions based on Salesforce Analytics, playing a critical role in ensuring that our clients have the best possible experience.
You will design solutions based
on Salesforce clouds: Sales, Service, Marketing and Analytics. Leading the
configuration and development of business-oriented IT solutions on the
Salesforce platform.
In this role, you will be
analyzing business processes and defining complex data migration throughout the
projects.
