In this role, you will be a key contributor to developing solutions tailored for the unique needs of our firm, and you will be expected to collaborate and align a varied set of stakeholders across all firm functions on the programmatic needs of the firm while also being a pivotal contributor to the overall change management process. You will assist in developing our issue tracking technology and tools to enable visibility and system adoption, ensuring we embed the needed tracking standards, and leveraging a unified set of reporting systems and tools. You will also be expected to identify and leverage internal and external data to develop insights and compelling recommendations for our senior leaders on monitoring and response areas.
