Qualifications
- University degree, advanced degree preferred (JD, CPA, Master’s degree in business data and analytics preferred and other relevant)
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience in risk, ethics, compliance and/or governance in a large organization
- Experience in developing and driving compliance issue management, issue tracking systems, or escalation protocols
- Knowledge of audit methodology, compliance program operations, or deep regulatory subject matter expertise, or work knowledge across a variety of regulatory topics preferred
- Issue spotting and problem-solving capabilities
- Highly effective communicator, adept at influencing and engaging with all types of audiences to cultivate trust-based, peer-counselor relationships
- Strong entrepreneurial drive and ownership mentality to progress on ambiguous problems and see them through to resolution
- Experience in working in highly dynamic cross-functional and global teams

A reasonable estimate of the range for new joiners for this role in the United States is $113,800 - $152,300. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to an individual's assigned office location, experience and expertise. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinsey’s discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
