You will also help systematize, improve, and radiate the approach for developing the holistic impact teardown.
The role will require you to collaborate with our strategy and corporate finance experts to ensure financial analyses are accurate and that operational levers are translated into financial impact and vice versa. You will lead quality control of the analyses supporting the integrated thesis, including the underlying valuation model.
You will manage, inspire and coach teams on client development projects; building client development skills of other colleagues, e.g., partners, associate partners, engagement managers, junior client developers, proposal staff, etc.
Core part of the role will be to work with senior members of the team to drive execution of client development agenda, collaborating with cell/solution/ CST (Client Service Team) leaders and take primary accountability for results; managing pipeline and account plans.
