Who You'll Work With

You will be based in Madrid or Barcelona as part of the S4G team, the Salesforce technology backbone of the Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice within McKinsey.
The Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice strives to help clients in both consumer and business-to-business environments on a wide variety of marketing and sales topics. The mission of this practice is to help clients achieve marketing-driven profit growth. Our clients benefit from our experience in core areas of marketing such as branding, customer insights, marketing ROI, digital marketing, CLM pricing, and sales and channel management. And together, with the most powerful CRM tool in the market, Salesforce, we create unique, high-impact solutions for our clients.

What You'll Do

You will be focusing on configuration and development of business-oriented IT solutions on the Salesforce platform.
You will be collaborating in project documentation, technical design as well as in the whole implementation cycle. You will be taking care of maintenance, incident resolution and data migration tasks.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Master
  • 1+ years of OOP: Frontend or Backend web development, PHP, Java, Python, or similar
  • Knowledge of Databases and SQL
  • Autonomous, independent and self-taught person with a high capacity for teamwork and initiative
  • Passion for technology, and a lot of willingness to learn
