Who You'll Work With
You will be based in Madrid as part of the S4G team, the Salesforce technology backbone of the Growth, Marketing & Sales practice within McKinsey.
S4G is a newly acquired company by McKinsey and is a world leading Salesforce consultancy group ranked as a top 10 Salesforce Partner worldwide. The Growth, Marketing & Sales practice strives to help clients in both consumer and business-to-business environments on a wide variety of marketing and sales topics. The mission of this practice is to help clients achieve marketing-driven profit growth. Our clients benefit from our experience in core areas of marketing such as branding, customer insights, marketing ROI, digital marketing, CLM pricing, and sales and channel management.
You will typically work with colleagues from across McKinsey & Company to ensure our clients have the best experience possible.
What You'll Do
You will be responsible for a range of tasks related to ensuring customers are having the best experience.
You will design solutions based on Salesforce clouds, with a focus on sales, service, marketing, and analytics. You will analyze business processes in great detail, defining complex data migration throughout the projects, and be responsible for guiding our customers on their digital transformation journey.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis/consultancy experience in Salesforce
- Conceptual knowledge of cloud technologies and other CRM's; expertise gathering requirements
- Knowledge of project methodologies
- Customer-oriented
- Result-oriented and proactive in your work
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
