Who You'll Work With

This role reports to the Compliance Manager of Client Service Compliance (CSC) Final Docs and will be based in our North America hubs.
You will be part of McKinsey’s Ethics and Compliance group, whose mission is to drive holistic trust, protect our firm while enabling impact, and support our colleagues to serve with the highest integrity. The Ethics and Compliance group is a globally integrated team within the second line of defense of the firm.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues from firm’s Risk and Legal groups and stay abreast of updates from these groups while ensuring cross-functional communication as it relates to the FinalDocs Program.  

What You'll Do

As the Compliance Specialist you will play a key role in developing firm-wide Ethics and Compliance capabilities by continuing to evolve the effectiveness of the firm’s FinalDocs Program.
You will assist in managing the day-to-day operations under the program and will serve as escalation point for FinalDocs Support Team. 
You will assist in leading training and awareness of the program requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree or certifications preferred (e.g. JD or CPA)  
  • 4+ years of professional experience in risk, ethics, compliance and/or governance in a large organization 
  • Analytical mindset with excellent organizational and project management skills   
  • Experience in working in highly dynamic cross-functional and global teams 
  • Clear and concise writing and editorial skills 
  • Prior exposure to multiple geographies and cultural diversity, highly collaborative attitude and aptitude for working as part of a diverse and dispersed global team   
  • Demonstrable and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
