Analyst, Office Technology Solutions Implementation

Who You'll Work With

You will work in a global team of 7 colleagues, playing an active role in bridging service delivery optimization aspects between the global centralized approach and the local needs of our 144+ offices. You will be based in our San Jose office.
You will help successfully integrate various services and journeys with Global Office Technology organization globally and also bring operations excellence expertise to enhance Global Office Technology delivery capabilities.

What You'll Do

You will help successfully integrate various Services and Journeys with Global Office Technology organization globally and also bring operations excellence expertise to enhance Global Office Technology delivery capabilities.
You will handle time/case sensitive escalations from offices, including the high-profile office of the Global Managing Partner, all of which involves driving outcomes through cross-functional work across offices and service teams. This includes analyzing, designing & standardizing operations practices and leading continuous improvement efforts focused on reducing operations complexity and effort.
You will coordinate high impact cases escalated to OEX Team and driving After-Action Reviews and Service Enhancements to further optimize internal processes if needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, master's or university degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in operations or service management
  • Experience with working in a global team
  • Good knowledge of delivering continuous improvement in service delivery lines
  • Strong understanding of continuous improvement & lean thinking
  • Fundamental understanding of the IT Support organization and office IT operations
  • Advanced knowledge of IT service design & management
  • Process Mapping, Agile framework, Service/Process design, Applications; industry relevant certifications are a good to have
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong networking, stakeholder relationship management and influencing skills
  • Strong planning, organization, analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Great agile project management skills to drive initiatives
  • Highly collaborative team player with can-do mindset
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Very good English language skills
