Content Producer - Talent Attraction

Who You'll Work With

You will be based in our Atlanta or Chicago offices and you will be part of McKinsey’s Global Firm Engagement team, working primarily with the global Talent Attraction Branding and Content teams. The Talent Branding team helps prospective candidates learn about, and be inspired by, the wide variety of career paths at McKinsey and what makes us a distinctive, inclusive employer. Working alongside a team of creative professionals, you’ll help design and execute the branding, communications, and marketing strategy that attracts and converts high-potential candidates and elevates our employer brand. You will be part of a collaborative, global team and will have flexibility, autonomy, and room to grow in your role.

What You'll Do

You will focus on executing and building on our Talent Attraction content strategy, as well as planning, writing or producing content, and analyzing performance metrics. You will help further refine our editorial voice, determine our content needs and channel selection, and publish content according to an editorial calendar that you will create with the Talent Attraction team.
You will be responsible for bringing to life a comprehensive content strategy that resonates with our different target audiences, maintains a consistent tone of voice, and effectively communicates our talent brand through compelling storytelling. You will write, edit, and produce original written, audio and video content that reflects the strategy. You will also work with other writers, producers and teams to look for opportunities to collaborate, repurpose content, and tell McKinsey’s story in our Talent Attraction channels. You may also work with agencies or freelance professionals to help you execute.
You will devise multi-channel content action plans that address challenges, hiring needs and nuances of priority candidate audiences. You’ll evaluate metrics to ensure ROI and adjust strategies, as needed. Your work will span the entire marketing funnel, from awareness through conversion, working closely with subject matter experts in areas such as social media. You will also stay up to date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging best practices in content strategy and development.
Your expertise and knowledge will help recruit the next generation of talent who will enable McKinsey to accomplish its purpose to create enduring, positive change in the world.
