Qualifications
- University degree
- 7+ years of professional experience in communications
- Proven experience in content strategy and development, ideally at a large, global/complex organization or in a recruitment marketing team
- Outstanding writing and copy-editing skills, with experience in developing communications in various formats (e.g., long form, social), and with the ability to adapt style and tone to different audiences and platforms
- Strong storytelling abilities, with the capability to create compelling narratives that engage and resonate with different target audiences
- Independent and internally motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work streams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners at all levels
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices to optimize content for search engines and enhance organic visibility

A reasonable estimate of the range for new joiners for this role in the United States is $152,300 - $223,300. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to an individual's assigned office location, experience and expertise. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinsey’s discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
