Who You'll Work With

You will be based in our Riyadh office as part of our Middle East Office (MEO) HR team. Our Middle East office comprises 8 locations that include 1000+ consulting and non-consulting colleagues. You will also be part of the broader HR team in EEMA (Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa region).
You will work collaboratively with the leadership of other functions in the Middle East office as well as other firm functions including people legal, immigration legal, payroll, talent management, mobility, recruiting and professional development. You will report to the MEO manager of Human Resources.

What You'll Do

You will support delivery of HR duties across the ‘lifecycle’ for colleagues in a subset of our 8 locations including but not limited to Riyadh. You will support the delivery of key HR processes and programs in your geographies as well as actively support risk management, protecting our firm and firm members.
In this role, you will support colleagues with everything from onboarding to development and separation. You will manage lifecycle events and you will support colleagues who have supervisory responsibilities with counseling and advice. You will also play a front-line role in discussing HR matters with our colleagues, escalating issues as needed, and completing regular analysis to build our views
You may support the delivery of our HR efforts where required, including onboarding (e.g., Day One experience of all new firm members) and offboarding, HR event ownership and administration of programmes as appropriate (role change, rotations, mobility, and alternative programs such as flex and remote working), and communication, ad hoc, weekly and annual personnel analysis and rep letter. You will be accountable for HR standards and data management (bringing an audit mindset and leveraging HR operations support), and for the communication and interpretation of policies and procedures, as well as risk management efforts, that protect the firm and firm members from risk. You may also support the delivery of our other duty of care programmes and HR projects to support office/firm priorities (e.g., Mind Matters, workplace safety, Got a Concern), contributing to efforts beyond immediate scope as needed.
In addition, you will lead HR analyses as necessary, independently drive efforts from insights, and contribute to or lead other HR projects including, understanding and guiding leadership regarding Saudization/Nitaqat. You will build expertise in one or more areas of HR specialization. You will be gaining knowledge and awareness of relevant policy changes, trends, rules and regulations, and start building a network of local HR professionals.

Qualifications

  • University degree preferably in HR or a related field
  • Suitable for graduates with limited or no post-university work experience
  • Awareness of local HR / labor-management issues
  • Display the maturity and gravitas to professionally handle sensitive people matters
  • Enthusiasm to understand and solve complex problems
  • Quantitative and analytical skills with a keen eye for the details
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
