Who You'll Work With
You will be based in Madrid or Barcelona as part of the S4G team, the Salesforce technology backbone of the Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice within McKinsey.
The Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice strives to help clients in both consumer and business-to-business environments on a wide variety of marketing and sales topics. The mission of this practice is to help clients achieve marketing-driven profit growth. Our clients benefit from our experience in core areas of marketing such as branding, customer insights, marketing ROI, digital marketing, CLM pricing, and sales and channel management. Together with the most powerful CRM tool in the market, Salesforce, we create unique, high-impact solutions for our clients.
What You'll Do
You will be responsible for leading the functional design of the solutions proposed to the client by ensuring compliance with the defined methodology and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor/second degree
- 8+ years of work experience in Salesforce solution implementation projects
- A minimum of 4 Salesforce certifications; Sales Cloud, Services Cloud and Application Architect are mandatory
- Bring deep knowledge/skills in technology/non-technology aspects of the platform
- Demonstrated platform proficiency
- Extensive experience in designing solutions for key and/or complex multi-cloud projects
- Functional leadership in all phases of the project
- Accustomed to interaction and involvement with/of the client in each phase of the project
- Strong team leadership skills, excellent problem-solving and client-facing skills; ability to quickly process complex information and evolving entrepreneurial skills
