Implementation Facilitator - Growth, Marketing & Sales

Who You'll Work With

You will be based in one of our India offices (Gurugram, Mumbai or Bengaluru) as part of the Growth, Marketing and Sales practice. You will work closely as part of various client facing teams. You will have the opportunity to engage with senior McKinsey leaders and executive-level clients on a day-to-day basis. Our Growth, Marketing & Sales practice strives to help clients in both consumer and business-to-business environments on a wide variety of marketing and sales topics.

What You'll Do

You will be staffed on projects or engagements, working closely with clients. You will be an active part of teams undertaking problem solving, including quantitative, qualitative, process, people, and relationship-based approaches.
You will help develop and execute plan to build client capabilities in project management and demonstrate intellectual curiosity regarding delivery, business context, and typical client needs. You will help clients build capabilities in delivery and execution, both during the business assessment phase and after our strategic recommendations have been made. You will provide clients with decisive support in the introduction and implementation of strategic consulting concepts. Focused on sales and marketing projects, you will be on the ground with the client ensuring that implementation success is a priority. You will be required to take on senior level responsibilities in key drivers of growth i.e., micro market mapping, defining the Go-To-Market, building the direct-to-consumer channel and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a university with consistent outstanding academic record
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills 
  • Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English
  • Ability to work on MS Office applications like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • High on drive and entrepreneurship
