Intern - Design-to-Value Lab
Who You'll Work With
You will be based in our Wroclaw office as part of our Client Capabilities Network (CCN). You will be a member of our cost engineering and product development team, cooperating with a group of experienced engineers.

Our more than 2,500 client capabilities professionals across the globe work alongside our consultants to deliver Change that Matters to our clients. They support our consultant teams, both remotely and at client sites, in an agile and targeted way. Further, they are core to our firm’s R&D, developing new knowledge and building and refining proprietary capabilities (e.g., assets, data sets), as well as curating, managing, and maintaining them. Our portfolio includes state-of-the-art research, asset-backed and rapid diagnostics, benchmarking, and workflow support. Our professionals have deep expertise and are able to apply a broad range of methodologies for specialized on-demand analyses.
What You'll Do
You will support the daily operation of our Design-to-Value Lab.
In this role, you will support a group of experienced R&D engineers in their daily tasks. That includes participation in product teardowns, measurements, measurement automation, CAD modelling and more. On a daily basis, you will complete various data research projects using a variety of techniques. You will cooperate with team members to identify measurement automation possibilities and introduce them. You will use analytical methods and software to analyze gathered data, summarizing and reporting outcomes of the analysis. Moreover, you will model designs in CAD software and prepare them for the prototyping phase. You will also participate in team meetings and help in problem solving.
This internship program will enhance your professional and personal development through mentoring and coaching sessions with tenured colleagues. This will last up to 12 months with a minimum of 25 work hours per week. You will have the opportunity for a permanent role depending on the success of your internship.
Qualifications
- 3rd or 4th year university student of mechanical engineering or electronics
- Interest and experience in Arduino/Raspberry Pi is an asset
- VBA and/or C++ is an asset
- Fluency in English, both verbal and in writing
- Good knowledge of Polish
