Who You'll Work With

You will work in our St. Louis office as part of our Regional Office Services Team, reporting to the Office Services Manager in Chicago.    

What You'll Do

You will work collaboratively with the Office Services Manager and Administrative Services Manager on performing a variety of on-site administrative duties that collectively contribute to the functionality, appearance, and general operations of the St. Louis office.
These tasks include, but are not limited to, maintaining all physical spaces in the office – conference rooms, common areas, private offices, desks, and kitchens (including kitchen/pantry maintenance and upkeep). You will manage room bookings, meeting requests, email requests, catering requests and setup rooms as needed (e.g. setting up/breaking down tables and chairs, food and beverage setup, cleanup). You will sit at the front desk and provide reception coverage which includes greeting/escorting guests, answering phones, distributing/managing access cards, helping manage security protocols (you will be a point-of-contact for Firm Security), and coordinating recruiting days and orientation days for new hires. You will be responsible for managing weekly Friday lunch for St. Louis colleagues and all ordering and restocking of kitchen/pantry items and office supplies – this includes diligently tracking your spending and ensuring you stay within the budget.
In addition, you will serve as a point-of-contact for our IT teams and assist with delivery of basic IT responsibilities (deploying office technology equipment, managing inventory, basic troubleshooting). You will help plan and execute St. Louis office connectivity events and contribute to the overall culture of the office. You will provide back-up support for other Office Services roles in the region, and assist with other projects as assigned.


  • 4-year college degree strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of professional experience required, ideally in a professional services environment 
  • Strong initiative and positive attitude (proactive, collaborative, service-minded)
  • Effective problem-solving and project management skills
  • Excitement to cultivate strong relationships with clients and colleagues, energized by working in a collaborative team environment but demonstrates an ability to work independently
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook; ability to learn other applications
  • This is an in-office role; office hours are 8am-4pm CT Monday through Friday
  • Additional hours may occasionally be required, particularly for events
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds
