Contracts Specialist (Junior Lawyer)

As the Contracts Specialist, you will draft and review different types of contracts, for example consulting agreements, engagement letters, waiver letters and confidentiality agreements, while assisting on RFPs and supporting the negotiations of larger master service agreements. You will work closely with consultants on a variety of engagement-related legal matters on a daily basis and provide them with legal advice on a variety of engagement-related legal issues and on internal compliance and risk management topics. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining databases for legal compliance matters, including a system to track whether contracts have been executed, and for maintaining and updating standard form contracts and related documents; you will work together and liaise with other team members in the Nordics and across Europe in diverse jurisdictions; you will keep track of legal updates and collaborate with colleagues (Europe and worldwide) outside the legal department (e.g. risk managers, external relations/communications, office and practice leadership, local administrative leaders), while also providing back-up to paralegals on contract-related and other responsibilities.
