Business Presentation Designer

You will be based in our Almaty office as part of our Visual Graphics team.

Visual Graphics consists of professional business presentation designers who assist our consultants with designing internal and external communication materials. These are predominantly PowerPoint presentations but may include other print and digital media.

You will collaborate closely with other specialists and support several consulting teams working on a variety of business and management topics. You will contribute to achieving our firm's high-quality standards for distinctive client communication.

You will visually improve presentations to fulfill McKinsey quality standards and design guidelines and develop message-driven presentations for an optimal fit with the audience/occasion in close interaction with consultants.

Also you will rework individual exhibits and milestone presentations for optimal clarity and graphic coherence, based on briefings with consultants or other internal clients as well as format existing documents so as to ensure a consistent look and feel. You will apply imagery to presentations and handle other custom presentation design requests and provide presentation design advice to colleagues/consultants as required; work with consultants on improving the visual presentation of information. Last but not least you will work independently on assignments and ensure efficient collaboration with other colleagues or departments if and where required.
