Growth Tech Salesforce Developer

Who You'll Work With

You will be based in Bogota as part of the S4G team, the Salesforce technology backbone of the Growth, Marketing & Sales practice within McKinsey.
S4G is a newly acquired company by McKinsey and is a world leading Salesforce consultancy group ranked as a top 10 Salesforce Partner worldwide.
The Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice strives to help clients in both consumer and business-to-business environments on a wide variety of marketing and sales topics.
Together with the most powerful CRM tool in the market, Salesforce, we create unique, high-impact solutions for our clients.
You will typically work with colleagues from across McKinsey & Company to ensure our clients have the best experience possible. Our office culture is casual and social, with an emphasis on education and innovation. We have the freedom to try new ideas, experiment and are expected to be constantly learning and growing. There is also a strong emphasis on mentoring others in the group, enabling them to grow and learn.

What You'll Do

As Salesforce developer, you will design solutions based on Salesforce Analytics, playing a critical role in ensuring that our clients have the best possible experience.
You will design solutions based on Salesforce clouds: Sales, Service, Marketing and Analytics; leading the configuration and development of business-oriented IT solutions on the Salesforce platform.
In this role, you will be analyzing business processes and defining complex data migration throughout the projects.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Salesforce application and software development experience
  • Knowledge of project methodologies
  • Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
