Knowledge Analyst - Financial Institutions Group

Together with your research colleagues from around the world, you will work with McKinsey consultants to the following purposes: preparing analyses on the latest industry developments and presenting the findings in the McKinsey format, with a focus on the banking, insurance and asset management sector; conducting research for specific requests, including but not limited to collecting, summarizing, analyzing and synthesizing relevant data and information; building knowledge within the FIG Practice, including but not limited to maintaining existing databases and exploring new topics; developing into a true thought partner and build up knowledge spikes and industry perspectives in specific areas as experience increases.

We expect that you will also contribute to the FIG Practice by participating in the professional development of colleagues, helping to design and deliver training programs, finding new ways to create innovative and distinctive services, and enhancing team spirit.

There is flexibility to hire at the Senior Knowledge Analyst level, depending on candidate experience.
