You will also support risk reviews of complex or higher-risk questions by senior risk colleagues, work of risk committees (drafting briefings and meetings materials, and documenting committee outcome memos), and team operations and initiatives (i.e., policy and risk guidelines drafting and reviews, written risk awareness communications, risk reporting to leadership). You will also be responsible for robust and timely data collection and data integrity in the risk and compliance systems. You will develop specific knowledge spikes across sectors and functional risk topics and serve as an initial point of contact on certain risk topics.
You will need high attention to detail, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects and cases effectively. You will collaborate with a wide array of stakeholders throughout the organization, including partners, firm leadership, and professional services colleagues (e.g., in Risk, Legal, Communications, Compliance, Conflicts).
