You will be a member of the North American team of 35+ accountants, senior accountants, and specialists, reporting to a North America Manager of Finance. You will also analyze and provide reasoning for variances, forecasting, and make appropriate recommendations.
As part of the broader North American team, you will help to identify areas of opportunities and work closely with leadership to lead/assist with the design and implementation of new financial processes and systems, and streamline existing procedures as needed.
This role plays a key role in ensuring compliance with firm finance policies. You will be positioned to act as a resource for team members, providing training, coaching and support. Additionally, you will provide ad-hoc analyses and regional/global special project support as needed.
