IT Services Professional, Global Provisioning Services (12-month contract)
Who You'll Work With
You will be a member of the Global Provisioning Services team, coordinating IT service requests from McKinsey consultants working at the client premises where possible or working from home. On daily basis, you will collaborate and share knowledge with your colleagues in Prague (Czech Republic), Manila (Philippines), or San Jose (Costa Rica), as well as with external vendors supporting our services.
Our mission is to provide to all our colleagues all IT equipment, software, and solutions needed with the utmost convenience and swift turnaround globally.
What You'll Do
Your primary responsibility will be to provide assistance to our firm colleagues with their IT hardware return process, ensuring we meet the firm's high standards on compliance with legal requirements and customs regulations.
You will be coordinating logistics and collaborating with other teams (IT support teams, technicians, local office IT colleagues, and external vendors) to discuss equipment and its delivery time. At the same time, you will learn about the most recent IT technologies.
You will handle:
- Delivery of packing material if required and shipment back of our IT equipment
- Prolongation or transfer of the device loan
- Communication and follow-up questions from our consultants about our IT equipment
You will have to prioritize urgency and come up with creative solutions to a problem to help the consultant in the best possible way.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in working with MS Office applications
- Basic understanding of business operations, procurement, or supply chain management
- Experience in logistics is a plus
- Outstanding customer service mindset
- Fluent knowledge of English, both verbal and written, and strong communication skills
- Proactive approach to solving issues and optimizing processes
