Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree in Forestry related area of study a plus
- 2+ years of experience in forest operations (e.g. harvest scheduling, forest planning)
- Additional professional experience within forestry topics such as silviculture, forest growth, forest modeling or forest investing is a plus
- Strong understanding and interest in forestry; willing to gain specific industry knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint); advanced software knowledge (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau) is a plus
- Highly curious and creative team member with strong people skills and the ability to have influence and impact in their work
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills
- Ability to accomplish work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Professional attitude, work standards and service orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Background with statistics and/or analytics is a plus

A reasonable estimate of the range for new joiners for this role in the United States is $110,000 - $110,000. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinsey�s discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
