Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with top international law firm, in-house and/or regulatory experience, with focus on litigation
- Complete facility with the FCPA, U.K. Bribery Act, and other anti-corruption laws; significant demonstrated experience investigating internal and government-facing FCPA, and other corruption-related matters is required, as is having deep experience working on anti-corruption-related controls
- Deep crisis management experience
- Government, prosecutorial experience and/or prior in-house experience a plus
- Strong experience with eDiscovery
- Capable of working across geographies with sensitivity to cultural differences
- Top academic credentials
- Excellent English language skills (helpful if candidate has other language skills)
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Team player who is confident, highly collaborative and flexible
- Self-starter with ability to drive tasks and projects to completion
- Impeccable business judgment and ethics
- Ability to develop relationships and network within and outside the company
- Relationships with top outside legal advisors is a plus
- Enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced, dynamic professional services company

Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs all play a part in determining the final figure. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinsey's discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
