Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience as a litigation paralegal
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Relativity, Summation, Concordance (or similar eDiscovery tools); experience with PACER
- Experience with e-discovery vendors, and tools
- Experience with drafting court documents (formatting case captions, identifying applicable General Objections, and drafting Responses to Document Production Requests) a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with strong ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Proactive, able to cope with pressure, flexible, and client-service-oriented
- Confident team player who is communicative and collaborative
- Self-directed and discreet
- Research skills
- Takes initiative to develop own relationships and network
- Attention to detail; tenacious in following up
- Ability to build, implement and maintain tracking systems
