Who You'll Work With

You will be based in one of our offices in India and you will handle and manage all administrative matters of the leadership of the firm and work with our consultancy office.
The role entails providing secretarial and administrative support, with a 6 months probation period. You will handle and manage all administrative matters of and for the leadership of the firm.

What You'll Do

You will plan and manage calendars, coordinate and update daily appointments using your own judgement in the absence of direct instructions.
You will plan and manage complex itineraries using your best judgement to assess the possible impact on priorities as well as identify possible conflicts and risks for you to be able to adjust accordingly. You will anticipate and ensure meticulous travel arrangements – which are often complex and highly flexible. You will provide administrative support in filing timesheets and expenses in a timely manner. You will maintain a very high level of confidentiality. You will make judgements on prioritizing incoming mail.
You will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to build successful working relationships within the firm and with client offices. You will demonstrate an energetic, proactive and positive approach and willingness to support other teams and colleagues as and when required. You will a back up for colleagues in their absence, ensuring their desk is covered. In addition to your core responsibilities, you are expected to volunteer for team, office and firm events/meetings.

Qualifications

  • 4- 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Sufficient knowledge of all travel related services – air and train tickets, hotels, cars, passports, visas, foreign exchange and international credit cards
  • Ability to plan, organize and execute major meetings and conferences, involving multiple international time zones and cultures, in a calm and professional manner
  • Professional phone and executive presence; able to handle calls promptly, take accurate messages and, if required, respond appropriately
  • Ability to use sound judgment to make decisions and a pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and collaboratively in a deadline driven, high pressure environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all concerned to ensure high quality end-product
