Qualifications
- Bachelor’s students graduating spring/summer 2025 with engineering or supply chain focus preferred
- Industry awareness in basic materials, chemicals, financial services, healthcare, high-tech, oil & gas, or pharmaceuticals is desired
- Demonstrated track record of assessing and driving transformational improvements
- Knowledge of the full value chain, including purchasing/supply management, product development, manufacturing, lean, etc.
- Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Comfortable with travel
