Junior Business Presentation Designer (Japanese Speaker)

You will work in our Tokyo or Osaka office as part of McKinsey’s visual graphics team. Our team provides support in improving visual communications for McKinsey consultants in Japan. As a Junior Business Presentation Designer, you will work primarily on presentation projects daily, collaborating with consultants and peer designers to deliver compelling business presentations.

Our team is part of a global design community in McKinsey that interacts regularly with various regional and global functions to exchange knowledge and best practices.

You will use your creativity and design skills to transform ideas into visually engaging, interactive, and memorable experiences and products for our clients.

Whether designing a customized PowerPoint presentation or enhancing the visualization of data and key messages for a client meeting, you will collaborate with our consultants and other colleagues to develop compelling visual communication solutions and creative visual strategies for a wide variety of needs. You'll have an opportunity to learn something new every day. Responsibilities include but are not limited to single slide production in PowerPoint to open a meeting discussion, creating a powerful data visualization infographic/illustration, end-to-end customized presentation designs, and consistent presentation formatting along predefined brand guidelines.
