Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of business immigration paralegal/HR experience
- Experience working with the following case types: F-1 OPT, H-1B, L-1, TN, H-1B1, E-3, J-1, O-1 and employment and marriage based green card processes
- Extensive experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- Ability to build and leverage a strong network across many functions
- Strong customer service orientation
- Creative problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills and attention to detail with full ownership of initiatives and tasks
- Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently
- Proactively drives improvement initiatives
- Exercises clear and appropriate judgment in a range of situations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
