Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree required, master’s degree in business, medicine, public health or related disciplines preferred
- Prior experience as a consultant in a professional services firm preferred
- Prior experience in MedTech or Pharma preferred
- 8+ years of work experience after graduate school, focused in medicine, pharm, or life sciences
- Entrepreneurial drive to develop new client relationships and generate business development opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
- Ability to break down and solve business problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
- Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
- Publication of knowledge or thought leadership in your industry space is a plus
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and the local office language(s)

Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs all play a part in determining the final figure. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinsey's discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
