Who You'll Work With

You’ll be part of our SHaPE practice team in our DC location.
Our SHaPE Practice focuses on supporting our social, health, and public sector clients drive impact.
You’ll be a core member of the passionate, energized North America SHaPE client activation and broader practice team, and will report into the Manager of Client Activation – US Public Sector.
You will work with US Public Sector leaders across the practice. You will also work closely with our global capabilities and service line / domain leads, client capabilities managers, and across functions (e.g., Finance, PD, and Reach and Engagement teams).

What You'll Do

Your role will be focused on supporting client and priority client themes, linked to our distinctive capabilities (e.g., offerings) for our US Public Sector.
You’ll support identifying client priorities by providing various analyses for your team e.g. white/grey space, competitive landscape, client feedback, and help drive the operational side of the client priority initiatives.
You’ll support capture activities inclusive of teaming assessments, black hats, past performance assessments, win strategy sessions, etc.
You’ll support the maintenance of the client activation portfolio including Client Development resources and collateral developed by Client Capabilities team.
You’ll support the organization of community building activities for client activation colleagues.
You’ll support practitioners and affiliates with regards to client activation portfolio, tools and network.

Qualifications

  • Motivated individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to take initiative and proactive approach
  • Strong sense of ownership, entrepreneurship and innovation
  • A great team player, positive, diplomatic, excellent judgment, good instincts and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people across multiple geographies, cultures and levels of seniority
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Industry knowledge of the US Public Sector preferred
