Qualifications
- A bachelor’s or advanced professional degree from a recognized accredited institution of higher learning, college, or university
- Consulting experience preferred – ideally within healthcare
- Entrepreneurial mindset to step into a fast-changing and new organization and ready to build connections across the practice
- Ability to accomplish work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Professional attitude and service orientation; team player
- Strong work ethic and “can do” attitude
- Highly inquisitive and creative individual who is excited about working in a cross-cultural environment
- Exceptional and creative problem-solver
- Ideal candidate will have familiarity with big data and experience in communicating data/analytic/technical concepts to non-technical colleagues
- Ideal candidate will also have a working understanding of the breadth of data relevant for pharmaceutical and MedTech companies as well as a working knowledge of the pharmaceutical space

For new joiners for this role in the United States, including all office locations where the job may be performed, a reasonable estimated range is $165,200 - $170,000 —to help you understand what you can expect. Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs all play a part in determining the final figure. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinsey's discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
