- Understanding of general business concepts and terminology
- Passion for, and some understanding of, the pharmaceutical and/or overall healthcare landscape, potentially including clinical experience
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced, deadline-driven environment
- Drive creatively to solve problems through intellectually challenging projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
